Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience or equivalent proficiency in C# and JavaScript programming
  • 5+ years of expertise in software testing and architectural design
  • 5+ years of experience in database management relevant to software development
  • Familiarity with software development frameworks and platforms, including .NET 6 and Angular 12+

Job Summary

As a Senior Software Developer at Rocket Innovation Studio, you will leverage various programming languages to create, enhance, test, and maintain software solutions that align with user requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, or modify software applications using appropriate programming languages based on product needs
  • Update existing software to rectify issues, enhance overall quality and functionality, or integrate with other systems
  • Evaluate user requirements to ascertain how software should be constructed or if modifications to existing software are necessary
  • Develop and execute automated testing procedures, solutions, and frameworks to ensure software operates as intended
  • Translate business requirements and specifications into effective and scalable software solutions
  • Analyze and comprehend the capabilities and limitations of data outputs generated by the software
  • Engage in design and code review processes
  • Assist in providing delivery estimates
  • Determine and implement the software deployment process
  • Serve as a mentor to junior team members
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support business operations as needed
