Job Title: Operations Supervisor - Team Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Active Road Side Service. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of workers and ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Prepare and submit reports
- Ensure smooth operation of equipment
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Establish work schedules and procedures
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
