Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketing and Digital Innovation to spearhead the growth of the belairdirect brand and expand our market presence across Canada. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing comprehensive marketing and digital strategies that enhance brand visibility, optimize marketing performance, and drive sales through both digital and traditional channels.

The ideal candidate will possess a track record of successfully developing performance-driven marketing strategies throughout the customer journey, leading ROI-focused initiatives, and cultivating a results-oriented team. Your expertise will be crucial in amplifying our brand presence in Canada and driving growth through innovative digital solutions.

With a unique ability to distill complex marketing strategies into clear, actionable plans, you will collaborate effectively across various departments to ensure alignment with business objectives, ultimately prioritizing the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and own the brand vision. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop and execute a long-term strategy that captivates Canadian audiences and fosters brand loyalty.
  • Lead revenue-focused marketing initiatives in Canada, ensuring all cross-functional efforts align with overarching growth strategies. Leverage a combination of strategic insight, technology, and creative execution to drive scalable success.
  • Oversee customer acquisition channels and work closely with the extended marketing team and cross-functional partners to implement effective revenue growth strategies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Canadian marketing landscape, defining strategies and overseeing the execution of campaigns aimed at driving revenue growth.
  • Create impactful marketing programs that enhance lead generation and brand recognition. Manage systems and reporting to accurately measure partner contributions and program ROI.
  • Foster internal collaboration. Influence cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and powerful brand narrative across the organization.
