About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Benny T. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and watching movies.
  • Transportation: Accompany clients on outings and errands, such as grocery shopping and medical appointments.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability: Availability to work 40 hours per week.
