Exciting Opportunity at Londonderry Dental Centre II
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team on Thursdays and Fridays. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists during chairside procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists with cleanings, fillings, and extractions, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience
- Maintain dental instruments and equipment, adhering to strict sterilization protocols
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring a clean and organized environment
- Take and process dental X-rays, providing accurate and high-quality images
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care, promoting a positive and informed experience
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, supporting the smooth operation of our dental centre
Requirements:
- Completion of a Dental Assistant program
- Registered Dental Assistant License in good standing with the dental assistant's college
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
