Position Overview

The Childcare Program Administrator will oversee the effective management of early childhood education services, ensuring high-quality care and development for children.

Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a related field
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement community service programs tailored for young children
  • Recruit, train, and mentor both professional and support staff
  • Provide guidance and leadership to staff members
  • Establish and maintain administrative protocols
  • Oversee the daily operations of childcare facilities
  • Contribute to policy formation by preparing comprehensive reports for management
  • Manage budgets for various programs and services
  • Act as a liaison with government agencies and media
  • Address and resolve conflicts effectively
