Job Title: Logistics Pricing and Quotations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Pricing and Quotations Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our Logistics department, you will be responsible for supporting the team with various tasks related to pricing and quotations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process quotation requests from various sources and evaluate new customer and contract opportunities.
  • Set profit margins on various files, according to financial objectives, and negotiate rates with agents and carriers.
  • Select the most competitive rates and prepare quotations using Freightos software.
  • Follow-up on tight deadlines with customers and transfer customer files with operations once quotes have been accepted.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Certifications in related Logistics/Transport programs.
  • 3 years of similar experience in Logistics pricing/quotes is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Bilingualism, French and English (very important).
