As a Quotation Specialist, you will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying potential projects, negotiating pricing with suppliers, and coordinating the submission process.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify promising projects across our product portfolio.
  • Engage with suppliers to discuss specifications, negotiate favorable pricing terms, and confirm orders.
  • Lead negotiations with both suppliers and clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare comprehensive material take-offs for customer quotations.
  • Ensure all necessary information is gathered and organized for seamless quotation submission.
  • Proactively address and resolve any project issues that may arise during the bidding process.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations with the sales team and clients to ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate catalogs and price lists to reflect current market conditions.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within our existing customer base.
Qualifications:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills are crucial for success in this position.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for effective collaboration.
  • Familiarity with product lines and pricing strategies is highly advantageous.
  • Experience working with bid packages is a valuable asset.
