Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at 2588729 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our financial operations department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including management, staff, and other departments, as well as external stakeholders, such as customers and vendors.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a financial operations department.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of financial software, including MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, excellent oral and written communication, organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
