Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Supervisor to join our team at Carfix Collision Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to achieve efficient workflow
  • Train and supervise front desk staff in duties and policies
  • Ensure the maintenance and operation of front desk equipment
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Coordinate and review work assignments
  • Requisition and order materials and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week
