Business Development Director

As a key member of our team, the Business Development Director will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients and partners to drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities;
  • Represent Spiria and interact with stakeholders at the executive and tactical levels to build strong relationships and drive business growth;
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive pipeline growth;
  • Manage the sales process and ensure seamless execution of client projects;
  • Work closely with team members to develop service offerings and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing sales of customized B2B software solutions and professional IT services;
  • Ability to exceed expectations in developing and acquiring new accounts in various markets;
  • Strong network of business relationships and ability to leverage them to drive business growth;
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot;
  • Bilingualism is an asset;
  • Resilience and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
