In this essential position, you will play a key role in organizing memorable events, managing an impressive perks program, and effectively communicating with our dynamic workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Communications:

  1. Design and execute engaging communication materials through newsletters, fact sheets, and our employee portal.
  2. Craft and refine content in collaboration with the HR team to ensure clarity and alignment with our goals.
  3. Create and disseminate print and digital content adhering to our branding guidelines.
  4. Compile and coordinate content for our weekly employee communications.
  5. Manage event-related communications to enhance participation and engagement.
  6. Evaluate communication metrics to improve strategies.
  7. Develop visual resources (videos, written content, web) that reflect our brand identity.
  8. Oversee social media accounts to boost organic engagement among employees.

Events:

  1. Spearhead the planning and execution of events, including budget oversight, scheduling, registration, venue selection, and on-site management.
  2. Contribute to the formulation of the event strategy and calendar.
  3. Assess the success of events by collecting and analyzing feedback.
  4. Support and promote initiatives driven by employees to strengthen connections within the team and the community.

Engagement:

  1. Welcome new employees during orientation sessions.
  2. Organize and oversee employee appreciation events and programs.
  3. Develop and evaluate employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention.
  4. Manage the Employee Perks Program.
  5. Perform additional duties as required to support the objectives of the HR team.

Skills & Experience:

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office and graphic design software.
  2. Experience in event planning and execution.
  3. Graphic design capabilities are advantageous.
  4. Background in communications, marketing, or a related discipline.
  5. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to evolving needs.
  6. Strong work ethic with meticulous attention to detail.
  7. Passionate about social media and digital communication.
  8. Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  9. Eager to learn and collaborate with a diverse team.
