Position OverviewAs a Senior Bookkeeper / Administration, you will play a crucial role in managing full-scope bookkeeping for our firm and clients, preparing firm invoices, and providing administrative support. Your professionalism and knowledge will be essential in warmly greeting our diverse range of clients, both in person and on the phone.
Key Responsibilities- Full-Scope Bookkeeping: Perform comprehensive bookkeeping services for the accounting firm and clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Firm Invoicing: Prepare and manage the firm's invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for the firm and clients, handling a variety of tasks with competence and efficiency.
- Client Relations: Greet clients warmly and knowledgeably, ensuring professionalism in all interactions.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and other duties as required.
- Technical Skills: Utilize MSOffice (Outlook, Excel, Word) effectively, as well as other accounting software as needed.
- Experience: At least 5 years of bookkeeping and administrative experience, with a strong background in accounting and finance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAGE50, as well as strong competency in MSOffice (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accounting Firm Experience: Experience working in an accounting firm, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Accounting Software: Familiarity with other accounting software, including QuickBooks and Xero.
