Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Amica Senior Lifestyles. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing assessments, and developing care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Current LPN licensure in the province of employment.
- Previous experience working in long-term care or assisted living environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
