Have 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred, but not mandatory).

Be capable of being mobile on the sales floor for extended periods, operate the POS system, and lift and move medium to large items (up to 75 pounds) using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
Full-time associates are expected to have flexible availability to meet business needs.
Part-Time Flex associates must be available for a minimum of two scheduled shifts on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and two during the week (Monday to Thursday). To be scheduled for 20 hours or more weekly, greater availability that meets business needs will be required. **Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; an associate must be available on two separate days (Friday and Saturday, Friday and Sunday, or Saturday and Sunday).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
Ability to operate the POS system.
Ability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
