Dairy Plant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Dairy Plant Manager to join our team at Yoveggies Dairy Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dairy plant, ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of our machinery.
- Quality Control: Direct and oversee quality control inspections to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Team Leadership: Hire, supervise, and train employees in the use of new equipment and production techniques, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary supplies to meet production demands.
- Process Improvement: Plan and implement changes to machinery, equipment, and production systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budgets to ensure we are operating within our means.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure we are meeting our production targets and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as dairy science, food technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a dairy plant management or supervisory role.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate for this position.
Our dairy plant operates in a fast-paced environment, and the successful candidate will be required to work under pressure to meet production demands.
