About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at Tisseur. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation;
  • Lead and manage project teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors;
  • Coordinate and manage project communications, including stakeholder engagement and project reporting;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards;
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies;
  • Monitor and control project costs, and ensure financial reporting is accurate and timely;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members;
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, and develop strategies to achieve business growth;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies;
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry;
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards;
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues;
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, and Asana;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Ability to travel as required.
