Job Summary:
The Outbound Sales Development Representative (Enterprise) is a key member of our sales team, responsible for generating new sources of revenue for Trulioo. This role involves engaging and attracting new prospects, nurturing relationships with target accounts, and executing various campaigns to win new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new target industries, accounts, and roles.
- Develop personalized outreach to key prospects at Enterprise accounts.
- Work a dedicated account list through an outbound sequence, including calls, emails, video, and social media outreach.
- Become an expert in Trulioo's value proposition and Ideal Customer Profile.
- Be creative and bold in outbound outreach efforts.
- Schedule and lead introductory calls with generated leads, working alongside an Account Executive to identify client needs and business problems using proven sales methodologies.
- Transition qualified leads from the pipeline to an Account Executive's pipeline to further the customer journey and buying process.
- Navigate Salesforce to pull account lists and re-engage stale leads, bringing them back to a sales cycle.
- Use traditional methods of communication, prospecting tools, and social platforms to interact with and target new prospects.
- Manage own outbound campaigns and MQLs while adhering to business SLAs.
- Master Trulioo's tech stack, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Apollo, and Sales Navigator.
- Be a consistent communicator and team player, contributing to the alignment between the marketing, SDR, and Sales teams.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to build pipeline for Enterprise-level accounts.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas in a simple and understandable format.
- Ability to think creatively and react quickly to tailor messaging to different conversations.
- Ambition, confidence, and a fearless outgoing attitude, with a self-starter mindset and a competitive growth mindset.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Experience working with Salesforce and other CRM/sales outreach platforms.
- Outbound sales prospecting experience.
- Comfortable in a constantly changing fast-paced startup environment.
- Confident using technology and speaking on the phone and Zoom meetings.
- Previous sales experience in B2B Tech.
