CB Canada is actively seeking registered mental health professionals interested in providing services on an occasional, contract basis for our Stay at Work Services, Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) within your province.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver short-term, focused, solution-oriented counseling to address various concerns such as depression, anxiety, interpersonal skills, workplace challenges, relationship issues, stress management, and addictions.
- Work effectively with adults, couples, families, and children.
- Maintain adherence to professional standards and best practices.
- Participate in clinical consultations with the clinical management team as needed.
- A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Registration or clinical membership with the relevant governing body.
- 3 to 5 years of generalist clinical counseling experience post-Master's degree.
- Experience in the EFAP field is preferred.
- Professional liability insurance coverage of $2,000,000 or as otherwise determined by CB Canada.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in written and verbal French is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
