Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating the activities of our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Oversee the construction process, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct regular site inspections, and implement measures to prevent accidents.
- Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our team members, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
- Material Management: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, and ensure that they are stored and handled properly.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our work meets the highest standards.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with our team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed and up-to-date on project progress.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy, and dusty.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate, supervision, residential, and construction site.
- Fast-paced environment: Our team works in a fast-paced environment, and the successful candidate must be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Physically demanding: The Construction Supervisor will be required to work in a physically demanding environment, and must be able to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment.
