Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality assurance initiatives
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance metrics and reporting
  • Provide training and coaching to team members on quality assurance best practices
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a lead or management role
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
