Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at RAJINDERBIR HUNDAL. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, including conversation, reading, and watching TV
  • Assist clients with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks for clients
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to clients and their families
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Basic security clearance
  • Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, patience, and honesty
Work Environment:

Our clients live in their own homes, and as a Home Support Worker, you will work in a non-smoking environment. Optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis, but this is not a condition of employment.
