Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Home Support Worker to join our team at Joseph Pathyul. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our clients.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve meals, and assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Shop for groceries and household supplies, ensuring our clients have access to the essentials.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
