We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our team at Freska Holdings Inc. as a key member of our kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Staff Training: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory, and record food, supplies, and equipment usage.
- Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Team Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, recruit and hire staff, and manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not required. Permanent position available.
- Language: English language proficiency required.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
