Breakfast Chef

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our team at Freska Holdings Inc.

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency.
• Develop and implement recipes and menu items to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve exceptional customer service and food quality.

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience in a kitchen environment is an asset.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
