Product Operations Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Operations Manager to lead our product operations team. As a key member of our Lone Wolf R&D team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive product growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with departmental leadership and Product Owners to define product strategies and roadmaps.
- Develop and maintain quarterly executive leadership update presentations, company-wide presentations, and department-wide communications.
- Conduct market-based analysis and develop related KPIs, dashboards, and metrics across all product teams.
- Collaborate with users to understand their needs and develop solutions to address their pain points.
- Manage and prioritize product development tasks, ensuring timely and effective delivery of products to market.
- University degree or College Diploma
- 3-5 years' experience in consulting or building complex models and C-level presentations
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, including capitalization of software development
- Experience managing product staff and leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent follow-up skills
- Technical aptitude for understanding technical concepts and simplifying them
- Experience with accounting systems, financial reporting, or the real estate industry
- Experience collaborating with remote teams
- Understanding of SCRUM, Agile Development Methodology, and how they interact with the project life-cycle
- Experience with Jira and/or Aha
