Product Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Manager to lead our product operations team. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for aggregating overall product roadmaps for the company, guiding the strategy for product development, and working closely with development teams to launch products to market.
About You:
You have a strong background in product operations and have experience managing multiple product roadmaps from concepts through to product launch. You possess excellent analytical, technical, and business acumen, and are able to effectively communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders. You are a lifelong student who thrives in an environment that is constantly evolving.
The Job:
- Work with departmental leadership and Product Owners to define the strategy for all products.
- Develop quarterly executive leadership update presentations, companywide presentations, and department-wide communications.
- Conduct market-based analysis and develop related KPIs, dashboards, and metrics across all product teams.
- Interact with users virtually and in person to ensure you deeply understand the problems they are trying to solve with your product.
Requirements:
- University degree or College Diploma
- 3-5 years' experience in consulting or building complex models and C-level presentations
- Understanding of financial concepts such as capitalization of software development
- Experience managing other product staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with multiple departments and subject matter experts
