We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell Gas Station. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the activities of store staff, including scheduling and training.
- Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Process customer transactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and personnel matters.
- Ensure a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. Free parking is available on site.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication in this role.
