Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop designs for industrial baking equipment that align with customer requirements and engineering standards.
  • Bring forward creative solutions during the design phase.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance equipment designs.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor project progress and guide junior engineers.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in mechanical engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient in 3D modeling software and AutoCAD.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Lean principles and cost estimation techniques.
  • Capability to lead and mentor team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of a valid passport and driver's license for potential international travel.
