Concrete Finishing Supervisor

Yes Concrete Cutting and Coring Inc. is seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Supervisor to join our team. As a Concrete Finishing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the concrete finishing process, ensuring high-quality results, and leading a team of workers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the concrete finishing team to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Inspect and monitor the quality of finished concrete surfaces to ensure they meet company standards.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage and maintain equipment, tools, and materials to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in concrete finishing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
The Concrete Finishing Supervisor will work outdoors in a construction environment, exposed to noise, dust, and other hazards. The role requires the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
