Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at JPH Equipment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, both in-person and through phone calls
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and online platforms
