At Cottonwoods, we believe in a resident-centered philosophy, prioritizing individual preferences and fostering a sense of well-being. Our state-of-the-art facility provides a serene and welcoming environment for both residents and staff.
Your Role:- Implement our established Recreation Therapy Program, focusing on geriatric residents and short-stay clients.
- Assist residents to/from programs and organize engaging leisure/recreation therapy activities.
- Facilitate tailored group sessions and provide one-to-one programs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our programs through keen observations of resident progress and behavior.
As part of Interior Health, we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth. Enjoy the flexibility of day shifts with varying hours between zero and 37.5 per week. Casual roles can often lead to permanent part-time or full-time positions within our organization.
