Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers, helping them to make informed decisions about their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
  • Offer personalized service quotes and obtain customer authorization for work to be performed, ensuring that all customers are fully informed and satisfied with the service they receive.
  • Finalize sales and conduct follow-up with customers to gauge their satisfaction with the service provided, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring that our high standards are consistently met.
  • Schedule customer appointments for tire and mechanical service, ensuring that all appointments are managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Verify that all products are accurately billed to customers, maintaining the highest level of integrity and transparency in all financial transactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the automotive aftermarket or tire industry, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and business support.
  • A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driver's abstract are essential conditions of employment.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Availability to work Saturdays, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts as needed.
