About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at RAY DUQUE AUTOCARE. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Arrange for billing for services, issue receipts and other forms, and perform general office duties.
  • Service Coordination: Explain the type and cost of services offered, and ensure that customers are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Payment Processing: Receive payments and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
