Position Overview

As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers in navigating our store and ensuring they find the products they need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Provide assistance to customers in locating products and offer solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Checkout Experience: Ensure a swift and pleasant checkout process while adhering to cash handling protocols.
  • Rewards Program: Inform customers about the benefits of our Rewards program and facilitate their enrollment.
  • Customer Feedback: Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey to gather valuable insights.
  • Omni-Channel Support: Assist with processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
  • Stock Management: Participate in unloading shipments, stocking shelves, and maintaining planogram standards.
  • Store Maintenance: Responsible for merchandise recovery, including returns and general store upkeep to ensure a well-organized shopping environment.
  • Safety and Compliance: Support shrink and safety initiatives while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Interact positively with team members and customers, promoting a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
Qualifications

Preferred Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, and reaching tasks. Must be capable of lifting heavy items and accessing high shelves using appropriate equipment.

Work Environment

This position is set in a public retail environment, with climate-controlled areas for customer interaction. Some tasks may require outdoor work or access to non-climate-controlled stock rooms.
