HR Information Systems Coordinator

Join the dynamic Human Resources department at Pharmascience as an HR Information Systems Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of employee information within our HR platform, address employee inquiries, and engage in a variety of HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data entry for employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and updates.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data input and maintain data integrity.
  • Facilitate the validation of HR requests to uphold process integrity.
  • Respond to employee inquiries through the HR support center.
  • Generate and manage analytical reports.
  • Contribute to the creation of new positions.
  • Participate in team meetings and discussions.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and support additional initiatives as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the Payroll team.
  • Assist the Recruitment team with job advertisements, pre-employment procedures, onboarding, and related tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of Human Resources functions.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with HR systems, such as UKG or similar platforms.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
