Human Resources Information Systems Specialist

Welcome to Pharmascience Inc., a leading generic pharmaceutical company where innovation meets excellence. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be part of our dynamic Human Resources team, responsible for managing employee data in our HR System and providing exceptional support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Data entry for employee files, including hires, terminations, changes, and other updates.
- Ensure process integrity in the validation of HR requests and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Creation and management of reports to support business decisions and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with our Payroll Department to ensure seamless data exchange and accurate compensation.
- Support the Recruitment team in job postings, pre-employment processes, and onboarding procedures.
- Bilingual (French/English) proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of an HR system, preferably UKG or similar.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days/week remote work option.
- Participation in corporate culture values, including entrepreneurship, teamwork, and community involvement.
Diploma of College Studies or better in Administration or a related field. Bachelor's degree or better in Human Resources or a related field is an asset.
