HR Operations Specialist

Welcome to Pharmascience Inc., a leading generic pharmaceutical company where innovation meets excellence. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be part of our dynamic Human Resources team, responsible for managing employee data in our HR System and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry for employee files, including hires, terminations, changes, and benefits
  • Ensure process integrity in the validation of HR requests
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely support
  • Creation and management of reports to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Department to ensure seamless operations
  • Support the Recruitment team in job postings, candidate management, and onboarding processes
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (French/English) – spoken and written
  • Knowledge of an HR system (UKG or other) is an asset
  • Ability to manage priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee data
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid model with 3 days/week remote work
  • Participation in corporate culture initiatives and community involvement
Education:

Diploma of College Studies or better in Administration or related field. Bachelor or better in Human Resources or related field.
