  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff, and train new team members.
  • Special Orders: Prepare special orders, including wedding and specialty cakes, and decorate them as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
