Bakery Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bakery Team Member to join our team at Cinnzeo Bakery Cafe. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked bakery.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to produce a variety of sweet and savory treats.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Prepare special orders and ensure that all products meet our high standards.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to perfection.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods to drive sales and revenue.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or food service environment.
- Permanent position with 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
- English language proficiency.
