La Ville de Waterloo recherche un Trésorier expérimenté pour rejoindre son équipe financière. Le candidat idéal possèdera une solide expérience en gestion des finances municipales, une connaissance approfondie des lois et réglementations municipales, ainsi qu'une capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des décisions éclairées.
Responsabilités
Le Trésorier sera responsable de la planification, de l'organisation et de la coordination des activités financières de la Ville, y compris la comptabilité, les comptes fournisseurs, l'évaluation, la taxation, l'invoicing, la collecte et la paie. Il devra également s'assurer que toutes les activités de son service respectent la législation municipale et les normes comptables reconnues.
Compétences et qualifications requises
Le candidat idéal devra posséder un diplôme d'études universitaires en administration des affaires ou en comptabilité, ainsi qu'une expérience pertinente en gestion des finances municipales. Il devra également être membre de l'Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (CPA) et avoir une bonne connaissance des logiciels de la Suite Microsoft Office.
