Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who can create a welcoming atmosphere and lead a young, energetic team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to build a positive and growth-oriented work environment.
  • Collaborate with the chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations and develop menus that meet financial targets.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and minimize waste to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and create a welcoming and efficient dining environment.
  • Proven experience in upscale restaurant management with a strong focus on leadership and team development.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of back-of-house operations, including financial management.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
