Senior Project Controls Analyst
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Controls Analyst to join our team at Comtech Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the project execution team on cost, time, schedule, change management, and reporting for successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement integrated project controls plans, including scope, cost, schedule, and progress of assigned projects.
- Facilitate the change management process and continuously forecast project schedule and cost impacts.
- Review and analyze project information and provide guidance to the project execution team on project health.
- Prepare and review project controls gate deliverables with Project Managers and Engineers.
- Establish and maintain project control systems, including resource allocation and organization.
- Determine training needs and develop training materials for project teams on project control principles.
- Coordinate and issue monthly project reports, including cost, schedule, earned value, change control, and progress photos.
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience on large capital projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project controls practices and procedures, including computer-based scheduling systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a structured, disciplined, technology-driven environment.
