Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 13662918 Canada Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff, including food service counter attendants, food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers, and staff in various areas of responsibility.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that they are aware of and follow company policies and procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Permanent employment with 32 to 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and will be required to work independently and as part of a team.
