Food Service Manager

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage food service staff, including food service counter attendants, food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers, and staff in various areas of responsibility.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare Budget and Reports: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure to meet customer demand and ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
The Food Service Supervisor will supervise 3-4 people, including food service counter attendants, food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers, and staff in various areas of responsibility.
