Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Avleen08 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement effective food preparation and presentation standards
- Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they meet our high standards
- Coordinate food ordering and inventory management to minimize waste and optimize resources
- Develop and implement budgeting and cost control strategies to ensure profitability
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of food sales, inventory, and labor costs
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on department performance
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to train and develop staff
