Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Receptionist to join our team at Fadia El Boreky Medicine Prof. Corp. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our medical facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Information Provision: Offer essential information to patients and the general public.
  • Data Management: Collect and process necessary information to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Communication: Manage the switchboard or telephone system efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Record Keeping: Document and relay important information accurately.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Billing: Issue invoices and manage payment processes.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing correspondence.
  • Telephone Management: Answer calls and relay messages promptly.
  • Data Entry: Conduct data entry tasks as required.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in electronic medical records systems is essential for this role.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of College or CEGEP.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a similar role.
