About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Painter Helper to join our team at NorthState Painting Ltd. As a key member of our painting crew, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced painters in various aspects of the job.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and prepare surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Paint Application: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt, as well as applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Work Environment

As a Painter Helper, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying work sites, including high-rise building construction sites. You will be exposed to heights, confined spaces, noisy, and dusty conditions.

Requirements
  • Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical fitness, with repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
