We are seeking a reliable and skilled Painter Helper to join our team at IMPRESSIVE PAINTING & DECORATING LTD. The successful candidate will assist our experienced painters in completing various tasks related to painting and decorating.

Job Summary:

The Painter Helper will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades. They will also mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, repair cracks and holes, prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, and mix paint to the desired color and texture.

Responsibilities:
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Repairing cracks and holes
  • Preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted
  • Mixing paint to the desired color and texture
Work Environment:

The Painter Helper will work outdoors, at heights, in confined spaces, and in dusty environments. They must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
