Job Title: Painter Helper

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter Helper to join our team at True Shades Painting Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Painter Helper will assist our painters in various tasks related to painting and decorating, including preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying finishes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of painting techniques and materials, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist painters in preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and filling holes and cracks.
  • Mix and apply paints, varnishes, and other finishes according to specifications.
  • Operate painting equipment, such as sprayers and rollers, to apply finishes to surfaces.
  • Assist in loading and unloading painting equipment and materials.
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the painting team.
Requirements:
  • 1-6 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:

The Painter Helper will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The ideal candidate will be able to work safely and efficiently in a variety of conditions.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Painter Helper will work 35-40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
